Refund policy
My number one priority is to provide customers with a seamless and quality experience while shopping, and with your products. I am an independent artist, which means I curate, rework, design, sculpt, paint, ship etc. all the shop’s products on my own.

Refunds/Exchanges:
Because a large portion of the products are either handmade or one-of-one, I do not currently offer any refunds or exchanges once the items are shipped. Exclusions may apply in the future with manufactured products. However, I am more than happy to try and find another solution for any issues customers have if you contact me at shopbrandees@gmail.com.
Lost/Damaged Packages:
I am committed to ensuring products get to customers safely and securely to the absolute best of my ability. However, I am not responsible for lost packages once they are shipped, as that falls to the shipping provider. I am also unfortunately not responsible for damage to original artwork or large scale paintings once they are shipped. I will ensure these delicate items are protected to the best of my ability beforehand.
